Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the small size of our Cottage and its single reservation, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations, and we firmly adhere to our cancelation policy.
If you cancel within 7 days prior to your arrival we will refund you your deposit, less a 30% processing fee. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will be charged in full and are fully non-refundable. Reducing the length of your stay or an early departure is considered a cancellation.
The Artist Cottage is open to guests from April 1st to November 1st. Reservations are available from Thursdays to Mondays. No reservations are usually accepted for Tuesdays or Wednesdays (those are our cleaning days). Exceptions are possible, but not guaranteed. While we are usually closed for the winter months, reservations for winter stays are possible. The Mountain is just as beautiful in January as it is in May, and we have a great heating system in the house, however winters for some people can be rough up here. Call us for more information.
